Righthaven News are honeypots

yes according to a news blogger I found on FederalJack hes come up with the assumption that Righthaven buys up the newspaper sites, keeps encouraging people to share their content, and then sues them for it.

So here it is - Thanks Silence DoGood:

Note: Please copy this onto your blog not just to expose RightHaven but to know which news sites not to republish or mirror articles. We need to boycott RightHaven now that we know they are a honeypot.
I’ve decided to do an investigation on RightHaven and their lawsuit patterns and have come to a well built conclusion that RightHaven owned media websites including the Denver Post are actually honeypot news sites to get unsuspecting news posters and forum posters to copy and share their articles plus pictures then turn around to entrap them and sue them in return if they are political adversaries to the World financial elite institutions, the New World Order, and the Obama Administration.
So of course how do I back this claim up? Well first of all I will paste a list from Righthaven Victims blog about how many media websites are owned or have a partnership with RightHaven.

So of course how can you avoid posting articles from so many news sites? Well RightHaven seems to be either buying up dying newspaper outlets or persuading them to be apart of this lawsuit machine establishment.
GodLikeProductions and InformationLiberation both seem to put out information about connections between the Obamas and the law firm that is connected to RightHaven. It’s not what I am discussing on this article because what I am trying to prove is that all RightHaven controlled media websites are honeypots to sue those that are to get information out on the Alternative Media level.
Now lets look at the definition of a corporate or government honeypot:
In computer terminology, a honeypot is a trap set to detect, deflect, or in some manner counteract attempts at unauthorized use of information systems. Generally it consists of a computer, data, or a network site that appears to be part of a network, but is actually isolated and monitored, and which seems to contain information or a resource of value to attackers.
So lets look at the Denver Post for example. On their articles they encourage sharing their photos, and article links on Facebook, twitter, and other places.
Also if you look at their site even further their website also promotes printing their article which is copyright infringement according to RightHaven because since your printing a article from the Denver Post then you are making a copy of their article without first getting permission from the corporate board of the Denver Post. There’s even a share through email option as well to send the article link to others. There is even a option to share their articles on twitter.
Also on the bottom of The Denver Post they put this legal warning for those that redistribute their content:
This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed for any commercial purpose.
So with the fact that they encourage sharing and allow people to rewrite, redistribute, broadcast, and publish any of their materials for non-commercial usages means that the Denver Post and RightHaven are contradictory since they suing non profit sites, political action sites, political news sites, blogs, and forums according to RightHaven Victims blog.
So RightHaven media sites encourage sharing and don’t prohibit non commercial sharing of their materials yet clearly go after non profit sites, Google groups posters, political site owners and forum posters
So this very well puts together in my own investigation that RightHaven sites are traps set-up to entrap those that copy their articles to other places on the Internet then set them up for litigation without warnings to remove the content before they start the lawsuit.
So their tactic is this:
They write articles about the TSA and other hot topics which they know people will really heavily copy onto their sites to make a political point. Then RightHaven sifts through search engines index data to find all the sites that have copied their articles data, and then they find a match. Then each site they find a match they collect all kinds of data including addresses and phone numbers… well whatever they can get their hands on publicly without a warrant. Then they send the lawsuit threat via email, address, or whatever they have access to.
So it is now confirmed that The Denver Post and RightHaven are media honeypots to freely allow us (Alternative News site operators and forum posters) to copy their work for non commercial purposes then sue us if we attempt to do so. Also RightHaven monitors the Internet for their Copyright Infringement Trolling machine. Now that is the work of a honeypot.
Case Closed!
